Pacquiao KOs Hatton In Round 2
Here's a spoiler. The fight between Manny Pacquao and Ricky Hatton has not started in the Philippines yet but a brother who watched the boxing bout in Dubai called up and said Manny Pacquiao just knocked out Ricky Hatton winning over his opponent in Round 2!
I am not much of a boxing fan and I have not even tried to do sports reporting so I am not sure if the terms I am using are proper but as per the latest report from my bubwit in Dubai, PACQUIAO indeed reigns!

Manny Pacquiao WIns Over Oscar dela Hoya In Only 8 Rounds
Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao won versus Oscar dela Hoya in Round 8 of their Boxing Dream Match held in Las Vegas, Nevada today.
"I worked hard and trained hard but as I told other people in the ring it's a whole different story," del Hoya said when interviewed after the bout. Pacquiao really trained like a champion and he deserves everything, he added. Dela Hoya was sporting a heavily blacked left eye.
My heart wants to fight but if your body does not respond then what can I do, dela Hoya said when asked why threw the towel in the 8th round.
"I am lucky; I think I did well tonight," Pacquiao said. I've been working everyday, I knew speed would be the key to this fight, he added.

Pacquiao WINS by KNOCKOUT: now the Lighweight CHAMP
Manny Pacquiao's quest to get the four championship titles has succeeded after he knocked out David Diaz in the 9th round. Pacquiao is now officially the holder of four major boxing titles making him the only Asian who has joined three others who were able to achieve this record including Mayweather.
In the middle of his glory, Pacquiao however proved he was just another fan when he asked for a picture taking with Kevin Garnett of Boston Celtics. David Diaz said he will rest for several months and decide which move to take next in his boxing career,

Pacquiao Wins By Split Decision
A Filipino friend based in New York who personally watched the Pacquiao-Marquez boxing bout in Las Vegas buzzed datelinedavao that Manny Pacquiao won by a split decision.
Dabawenyos are celebrating the 71st Araw ng Dabaw today but for fear that people would not go out in the streets and watch the Araw Parade (because today is also Paquiao's boxing bout with Marquez), Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte installed a giant screen right at the Park so that Dabawenyos can watch the boxing bout and participate in the fiesta at the same time.
It can be recalled that Pacquiao was beaten black and blue by Marquez during their last bout (which most boxing fans see as a sham) in May 8, 2004. Pacquaio has waited four years for the sweet smell of victory against Marquez and now he has finally tasted that victory by winning the super featherweight world championship.
Ciara Sotto (who sang the Philippine National Anthem) was Pacquiao's lucky charm this time.
